Pilates: Kick start your New Years Resolution - by Alice Willsher

Why Pilates should be the top of your 2024 New Years Resolution?

Meet Alice! An APPI certified mat work and reformer Pilates instructor.

Join her as she shares her journey, the benefits of Pilates and why it is a great addition to everyone’s health and fitness routine this year.

Hi, I’m Alice

I have been practicing pilates since I was a teenager and fell in love with the movement and how it makes my body feel both physically and mentally.

After graduating uni and starting my full-time office job, pilates was a great form of my own selfcare and kept me energised and moving even while working a 9-5. So, I decided to turn my passion for pilates into a side hustle. I completed my certification with Unite Health in 2022 and began teaching at KX Pilates in early 2023, as well as I have taught some online mat work classes, and slowly growing my brand on Instagram.

I love helping people feel confident with exercise, and seeing people reach their goals in pilates has been so rewarding. I am the biggest advocate for anything pilates and am always ready to share my passion with others!
