Orders & Payment

  • We endeavour to process your order as soon as possible within 5 business days and will provide updates every step of the way.

    You may be able to make changes to your order prior to it being processed for shipping. Get in touch with us through our enquiry form.

  • Once an order has been placed we are unable to add or remove items in the system. We can attempt to make changes to your order prior to it being processed for shipping, however, this may not always be possible.

  • Due to our fast turnaround between placing your order and shipping, we advise you to contact us through our enquiry form as soon as possible before your items are shipped.

    We cannot accept cancellations after your items have been shipped. Instead, we advise you to progress through our refund procedure.

  • We accept debit, credit card as well as Paypal. You will be charged in AUD, and depending on the currency the card uses, the bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate at the time.

  • Please check your coverage on your private health insurance policy, as well as ways to apply for reimbursement with your private health insurance provider. The invoice we supply via email after purchase can be used as proof of purchase.

  • All Aptus orders that have been placed from our website successfully will be accompanied by an order confirmation and invoice via email. This should come within an hour from the purchase time. It may sometimes arrive in your junk or spam folder so please check there as well.

    If you didn’t receive an email confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please contact our us through our enquiry form.

  • To apply the discount code, please enter the code in the ‘Add discount code’ field and click the ‘Apply’ button before confirming your order.

  • Great news! We do not include a physical copy of the invoice in your parcel. All invoices are emailed after your order has been confirmed.

Shipping address & deliveries

  • Yes! We offer free Standard delivery for orders over $40 within New South Wales, Australia.

    For orders under $40, there is a standard delivery fee of $9 that will be automatically added during checkout.

    For express delivery, there is a fee of $15 that can be selected during checkout.

  • The best way to try and update the delivery address on your order is to contact us through our inquiry form. However, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address once an order has been placed and/or shipped.

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to update the shipping method. Depending on the status of your order and the shipping location, our kind staff members may be able to drop off your parcel earlier. For further information, please contact us via our enquiry form.

  • Yes, please include the address of your delivery location in your shipping address upon checkout.

  • Your order will be processed by our team as soon as possible within 5 business days. Please expect your order to arrive 3-5 business days after delivery confirmation. For further information, please contact us through our enquiry form.

  • We are currently only delivering within Australia at the moment. However, we are looking to expand so stay tuned!

  • After placing your order, we will send you 3 status updates on your order via email:

    1. Order in process

    2. Order is processed ready for shipping

    3. Order has been shipped with a tracking number attached

  • There may be orders that don’t meet the Estimated Delivery Date provided by our delivery partners for different reasons. When this does occur, please keep an eye out on the tracking link provided and contact the carrier for updates on the delivery. For further clarification on the tracking or additional support, please contact us via our enquiry form.

Returns

  • The following criteria needs to be met for returns and exchanges:

    You must return/exchange it within 30-days of purchase date

    All returned/exchanged items must be new, unworn and unwashed. You may try on the products at home to make sure the fit is right but can’t have been worn for activity.

    All tags and packaging must be in an undamaged, resalable state. If you have removed the tags or no longer have the box unfortunately, we will not be unable to accept the return/exchange.

    You pay for return shipping. We offer free postage within Australia for any purchase however we do not pay for shipping on returns/exchanges. Unless the product is faulty, all return postage costs will be at your expense.

  • We accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns

    In order to request an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support. Items must be in new condition and only tried on for fit. Products that have been used beyond trying on will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Unless the product is faulty all return postage costs will be at your expense. We offer free postage (for orders over $40) within Australia.

    Unfortunately we do not cover the shipping cost of returns and exchanges for change of mind reasons.

  • Returns are confirmed within 5 business days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

    Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 5 business days of our services accepting your return.

Warranty

  • Our products go through rigorous and stringent quality control check before being shipped to our customers. All Aptus products have a 3 month warranty from manufacturing defects.

    Please note normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect.

    If you deem your product as faulty, please contact us immediately through our enquiry form and include the following:

    • Order number

    • A description of the defect alongside an image with the product label tag (which is found on the inside of our Aptus products)

    We will respond as soon as possible with the choices being a replacement fo the product, store coupon code or a full refund through the original payment method.

    Orders paid by credit card or PayPal are refunded directly to the card or account used for the payment. Refunds usually take 1-2 business days.
