Warranty

Aptus Sports products go through a rigorous and stringent quality control check by our manufacturer and our staff members before being shipped to users. All Aptus Sports products have a 3-month warranty from manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Please note, normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect.

As part of the warranty policy, users will need to contact customer service immediately at aptussports@outlook.com or through the inquiry form, citing the issue if a product is faulty due to manufacturing defects. To assist you with the warranty progress, please submit your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the defect on the item

  • Images of the defect with the product label tag that can be found on the inside of the garment

Our team will respond back as soon as possible with the outcome of your inquiry. If users are successful in their inquiry, they will be given a choice of one of the options below:

  1. Replacement of the exact product at no shipping cost (Customers will be emailed delivery details and additional information regarding the return process)

  2. Store credit of the exact product that was paid

  3. A full refund of the product into the original payment method

Orders that had been placed through credit or debit card will be refunded directly back into the card. Orders that were placed through Paypal will be refunded directly into the account. Please note that refunds usually take 1-2 business days.
