14-day return policy

Aptus Sports has a 14-day return policy which means users have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. Unfortunately, Aptus Sports is unable to refund items due to a change of mind.

All items to be returned must be in the original condition and packaging, with all labels and stickers in original condition. Products must also be unwashed. Users may try the product on as long as it is not worn during sport and exercise which may change the condition of the product.

The shipping cost of refunds, returns, and exchanges is also to be paid by the customer.

If users have any questions, they will need to contact Aptussports@outlook.com and a customer team will contact the user for further details of the return and exchange.

Shipping options (within Australia)

We offer the following shipping options under our courier partners.

  • Standard Postage: Estimated 7 days delivery

  • Express Postage: Estimated 3-7 days delivery

Shipping times depend on your location and the traffic of the courier service. Shipping times are not guaranteed and we encourage you to the courier service for inquiries regarding your product.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any shipping options outside of Australia. However, we encourage you to keep an eye out for our newsletter if we decide to operate internationally!
